Edelman DXI was awarded a Gold Stevie® Award in the PR Innovation of the Year category in the 21st Annual International Business Awards.

The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide–public and private, for-profit and nonprofit, large and small–are eligible to submit nominations. The 2024 IBAs received more than 3,600 entries from organizations in 62 nations and territories.

Winners will be celebrated during a gala banquet at the InterContinental Hotel in Istanbul, Türkiye in October.

Edelman DXI took home Gold in the PR Innovation of the Year category for the Impact Intelligence Dashboard–a comprehensive measurement and analytics tool that provides a consistent approach to track progress, measure impact and gain actionable insights.

The dashboard centralizes paid, owned and earned media in an advanced web-based platform and uses econometrics and machine learning to connect communications efforts to a client's reputation data, thus offering real-time, actionable insights into the reputational impact of communications.

Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 300 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process in June and July.

The judges were impressed by the innovative use of AI and machine learning to consolidate data and drive meaningful insights that inform both campaign-level learning and overall strategy. They highlighted how the Impact Intelligence Dashboard goes beyond vanity metrics, offering a comprehensive, real-time view of PR performance that is both user-friendly and strategically valuable.
